How to become an accredited investor?

How do you become an accredited investor?

Answers:

You can become an accredited investor by having a net worth of one million dollars and above, either by yourself or jointly with your spouse.

Another way to become an accredited investor is to have an individual income of over $200 thousand in the most recent two years and a reasonable chance of making the same amount this year (or a joint income of over $300 thousand with your spouse).

There are only two ways for an individual to become an accredited investor. Either have assets that exceed $1 million in value, or be making over $200,000 this year with a proven two year history of making the same amount.
